A good diet and regular exercise should form the foundation of every healthy regime. Thermoblaze is not intended to replace that; rather, it complements and supplements these elements, helping you achieve the body type you want in record time. Its natural ingredients, many of which have been selected for their thermogenic properties, work in harmony to help you develop the lean physique you crave. All of the ingredients found in Thermoblaze have been sourced from reputable global suppliers and are included at significant levels to assist with weight management.

Ingredients per 3 capsules:

Citrus Aurantium Powder – 700mg

Citrus aurantium (bitter orange peel) is a rich source of flavonoids, alkaloids and carotenoids. These components can variously act to increase metabolic rate, expend calories and increase energy levels. Some components may also assist in controlling and suppressing the appetite. With a 700mg delivery per serving, Thermoblaze certainly doesn’t skimp on the citrus aurantium.

L-Tyrosine – 200mg

L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid, meaning that the human body synthesises it directly – in this case from Phenylalanine, another amino acid. Tyrosine assists the body in a number of ways, primarily as a precursor for Thyroxine which has an important role to play in metabolism regulation. It may also help in suppressing appetite and reducing body fat, increasing energy and improving mental clarity.

Caffeine Anhydrous – 166mg

A naturally occurring plant alkaloid, caffeine is a familiar ingredient in both hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee and colas). Caffeine is a stimulant to both the CNS (Central Nervous System) and metabolism and can assist in reducing fatigue and improving mental alertness. Caffeine also has the added benefit of liberating fat from fat cells through the process of lipolysis.

Green Tea extract (45% EGCG) – 150mg

Green tea is a well-documented healthy ingredient containing many active components. At Adrian James Nutrition, we believe that one of these, the polyphenol EGCG (EpiGalloCatechin Gallate), is particularly interesting. ECGC is a very powerful antioxidant which research shows may aid a lowering of LDL cholesterol levels and improve metabolism.

Guarana Seed Extract (22% Caffeine) – 100mg

Guarana extract will deliver a powerful hit of 22% caffeine. Guarana has been used for years in South America as a general tonic and source of energy.

White Kidney Bean Extract 4:1 – 100mg

White kidney bean extract can act as a carbohydrate or starch blocker due to the action of the amylase enzyme inhibitor within it. This delays the digestion and the absorption of carbohydrates and the associated calories.

Chromium Picolinate (0.5% Chromium) – 60mg

Chromium is an essential trace mineral for human nutrition that is involved in the processing of carbohydrates and fats and also in the action of insulin. Chromium may also be useful in suppressing appetite and assisting in building muscle and trimming fat.

Acetyl L-Carnitine – 50mg

Acetyl L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid that works with mitochondria in the body to assist with the metabolism of fat.

Raspberry Fruit Extract (10% Ketones) – 50mg

Raspberry fruit extract contains a group of molecules known as ketones. These are important in giving raspberry its distinctive flavour and aroma – but they are also involved in the body’s ability to produce a hormone which impacts on a number of metabolic processes that can lower body fat.

Green Coffee Extract (45% Chlorogenic Acid) – 50mg

Green coffee beans are un-roasted coffee beans that retain a high level of the active component Chlorogenic Acid (destroyed by roasting). Chlorogenic Acid may be associated with weight loss by affecting how the body handles blood sugar and the body’s metabolism and possibly reducing carbohydrate absorption. Green coffee also contains caffeine.

Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate) – 18mg

B5 is one of the most important B vitamins and is essential for some of the most basic properties of life. B5 also assists in energy production within the body by its incorporation into CoEnzyme A (CoA) which occupies a key place in energy metabolism allowing carbohydrates, proteins and fats to be burned as fuel sources.

Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract Powder) – 5mg

Bioperine is the patented black pepper extract containing the bioavailable component Piperine – a very strong thermonutrient. Bioperine has also been shown to enhance the bioavailability and absorption of nutrients.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine HCI) – 3.3mg

Assists the body in converting carbohydrates into fuel (glucose) which is used to produce energy. Vitamin B1 is used to make Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), a molecule that transports energy around the cell.

Cayenne Pepper Powder – 0.4mg

Cayenne is from the red hot chilli and contains the active component capsaicin (a thermogenic chemical). Cayenne is high in Vitamin A and also contains Vitamins B6, C and E. Cayenne may be associated with increased energy expenditure and the oxidation of fats as well as curbing appetite.
