If you have any need to return a product, email us at quoting your order number and reason for return and we will provide a return address. All returns must be accompanied by a returns number as issued by us so that we can provide you with credit when processing your refund.

Should you decide you do not like the taste of a product, you may return it to us and we will replace it with a different flavour. Please note however that you will be liable for the cost of collection and redelivery. If more than a couple of scoops of the product have been used, we reserve the right to issue a partial credit.

Once we receive your return, accompanied by an authorised returns number, we will issue a refund or replace your product within 48 hours. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account.
