Es wird Zeit aufzustehen und die Sportklamotten anzuziehen. Was soll das hei\u00dfen, du bist zu m\u00fcde? Warum hast du dann deinen Wecker f\u00fcr so fr\u00fch gestellt? Wenn du Probleme hast, das Beste aus deinem morgendlichen Training zu machen, dann bist du damit nicht alleine. Es kann schwer sein noch vor der ersten Tasse Kaffee des Tages motiviert zu sein. Daher habe ich ein paar Tipps f\u00fcr die Fr\u00fchaufsteher zusammengestellt. Mit der richtigen Planung kann das Training am Morgen eine angenehme Erfahrung und keine Pflicht\u00fcbung werden. Alles beginnt schon in der Nacht zuvor\u2026<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Sorge f\u00fcr guten Schlaf<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wer fr\u00fch am Morgen trainiert, gew\u00f6hnt seinem K\u00f6rper eine gute Routine an: tags\u00fcber aktiv sein und nachts ausruhen. Wer gut schl\u00e4ft tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, dass die Muskeln repariert werden und wacht erholt auf. Es kann trotzdem noch ein bisschen dauern, bis du ganz wach bist, aber wenn du aufstehst wirst du dich frisch und bereit f\u00fcr den Tag f\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n<h2>Schlummertaste ist nur etwas f\u00fcr Verlierer<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eNur noch f\u00fcnf Minuten!\u201d Und dann nochmal f\u00fcnf und nochmal f\u00fcnf. Hast du dich schon jemals nach diesen weiteren f\u00fcnf Minuten Schlaf besser gef\u00fchlt? Nat\u00fcrlich nicht \u2013 du hast zu viel Angst davor, dass der Alarm wieder losgeht. Wenn du Probleme mit dem Aufstehen hast wenn der Wecker klingelt, solltest du vielleicht einmal \u00fcberlegen, fr\u00fcher ins Bett zu gehen.<\/p>\n<h2>Plane voraus<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trainingsshorts, Tops, Schuhe, Kopfh\u00f6rer, Schwei\u00dfband, Wasserflasche, <a href=\"https:\/\/adrianjamesnutrition.com\/de\/shop\/healthy-whey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Proteinshake<\/a>. Leg dir all deine Utensilien schon am Abend zuvor zurecht. Auf diese Art musst du dir nach dem Aufwachen nur noch kaltes Wasser ins Gesicht spritze und los geht\u2019s. Weniger Zeit zum Fertigmachen = mehr Zeit um fit zu werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Suche dir einen Trainingspartner<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jeder wei\u00df, dass das Training mit einem Freund mehr Spa\u00df macht und effektiver ist. Vor allem am Morgen wirst du dankbar f\u00fcr die Gesellschaft sein. Ein Trainingspartner wird dich davon abhalten, dich deiner Verantwortungen zu entziehen, vor allem wenn es drau\u00dfen kalt und im Bett so wunderbar kuschlig weich und warm ist.<\/p>\n<h2>Wache mit Thermoblaze auf<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um richtig gut in den Tag zu starten, solltest du eine Kapsel <a href=\"https:\/\/adrianjamesnutrition.com\/de\/shop\/thermoblaze\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Thermoblaze<\/span><\/a> direkt nach dem Aufwachen nehmen.
